Richard Knell

I began my mortgage career over 23 years ago as a loan processor. I feel being a processor first has given me the attention to detail that has helped in my success. Since then I have had the opportunity to hold many positions including several different management positions covering a great range in the mortgage industry. It’s been through these opportunities that I have been able learn and grow, especially with the multitude of changes the mortgage industry has gone through. Staying ahead of the curve and understanding all the changes we have had, plus the changes we will yet have, helps ensure being able to help those looking for all the various loans and lending options available.

During my tenure in the business I have had the ability to not only help those trying to buy, refinance or build their homes, but help others in the industry work and love what they do. I enjoy working with people and making a difference in their lives.

During my career there has always been one constant in my life. Treat people the way you would want to be treated.

When not in my office I enjoy many aspects of photography, videography, technology, and most importantly spending time with my family. I have been married for 26 years, have 5 kids and am a proud grandpa of a beautiful granddaughter. We are a family that loves sports, which keeps us pretty competitive.
