Brett’s professional journey includes a strong background with Fortune 500 companies, where he excelled as a top-producing mortgage loan originator, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Regional EVP. He has managed annual mortgage production volumes ranging from $500 million to $1.5 billion. A self-motivated and results-driven individual, Brett has a well-rounded background as both a corporate executive for two top national lending institutions and an entrepreneur. He co-founded a local mortgage company and a consulting firm that provides services to the financial and banking industries, along with raising capital for early-stage startups. His extensive experience makes him familiar with the leadership, sales, and operational needs of organizations within the Mortgage Industry, as well as the platforms necessary to lead them to profitability. Brett’s passion for perfection and results in the financial and sales arenas is evident in his dedication to coaching, consulting, leading, and deploying strategies that drive success. Brett, his wife Jocelyn and 3 boys love spending time with family and friends at their MN lake cabin. Brett enjoys music, golf, pickleball and anything outdoors!!
