Corey Hill

I grew up in Helena, graduating from HHS, then Montana State University in Bozeman with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing.

When people ask me what I do, I am proud to say that I help people realize their dreams.  I have been involved in the construction industry in Helena for over 32 years doing just that, helping people realize their dreams.

I started out working for 14 years in the equipment industry mainly for Caterpillar and got into lending in 2006. I have spent time in a community bank and independent mortgage banking.

As a loan originator, and branch manager in Helena Montana, I specialize in residential, investment, construction and first time home buyers.  I work primarily with clients in the state of Montana and have worked with customers across the country in the past. I am licensed in Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Arizona. Whether it is a conventional, FHA, RD or VA loan, we can get all of them done. I also work with several programs through the Montana Board of Housing, Board of Investments and Neighbor Works. We also have programs for investors that might not fit the typical bank loan programs.

I have served on several other local and state boards including Helena Building Industry Association, Montana Building Industry, Montana Contractors, The First Tee, and Green Meadow Country Club and enjoy helping with local organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Florence Crittenton Home.

I am a Veteran of the United States Army after serving for 20+ years in the Montana National Guard. I love working with other veterans.

My clients often say I have a unique ability to problem solve and help them find solutions to sometimes difficult financing situations. I do not enjoy saying no and work hard to help my clients realize that dream.
