Adam joined the mortgage industry in 2017, and the work he is proudest of is getting self-employed buyers into homes other lenders said they couldn’t afford. When a business owner has written off much of their income on tax returns, a conventional file falls apart fast. Adam uses bank statement and non-QM products to qualify them on the income their business actually generates, which has put many King County families in homes they thought were out of reach.

Clients consistently thank Adam for three things: trust, constant education, and being available when they need him, including nights and weekends. As a Certified Instructor with the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission and a Scotsman Guide Top Originator, teaching is built into how he works. A Colorado State University graduate, Adam would rather a borrower understand their loan than just sign it.
