Bryan Frediani

My passion for home financing and leadership is unparalleled. I started my journey at California State University, Chico, studying for a Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing, and International Business Administration. Since then, I’ve emerged as a leader in the local mortgage and real estate industry with superb knowledge of loan products and customer service. I continue to raise my star among those in home financing, the leadership team around me, and my peers – achieving the highest level of success as a member of the President’s Club from 2017-2023.

My primary role as a sales manager and senior mortgage advisor keeps me sharp and focused. I’m able to motivate my team, solve problems with creative solutions, and manage multiple types of personalities, including real estate agents, clients, and loan officers developed within the leadership structure I’ve received and now provide to those around me. Whether you’re looking to finance or refinance your first home, next home, or investment property, you can count on my team and me to get it done.

Outside the office, you’ll most likely find me enjoying life outdoors; snowboarding, golfing, hanging around Lake Tahoe, jet skiing at Folsom Lake, or even having a beer at a local brewery, but don’t be surprised if you run into me at the “Shark Tank” watching a San Jose Sharks hockey game, catching a Giants or 49ers game.
