Bryanna Costa

I started in this industry right out of college in 2006 – working briefly as a loan officer and eventually moving to Processing. I loved processing, my heart was there, but the one piece that was missing from it was the client experience. So 7 years ago, I took a leap of faith, left my job in operations and moved to sales with Team Hawk. It’s BUSY 7 years! Chad’s numbers are impressive, as is his customer service rating. I’m thankful for the years of having been a part of this team, and all that I’ve learned from him.

My favorite part about working in mortgage is the client experience. Our focus should always be on doing what’s best for our clients, their experience, and their financial success. Synergy One Lending is a company that offers our clients all the modern-day tools, programs, and systems to create a streamlined, almost effortless loan transaction. We understand the importance of being fast and efficient… but we truly value the client’s personal experience and haven’t lost touch with the importance of building long lasting relationships and trust. EVERYONE operates with a can-do attitude! Even our processing and underwriting teams are knowledgeable, outside-the-box thinkers! Synergy One Lending and Team Hawk is an amazing team and I’m so thankful to be a part of it.

As for life outside of work – I’ve been married to my husband Sam for almost 15 years and we have two kids, Bryce and Natalia. We also have our hands full with 11 goats, 1 Rabbit, 2 cats and just recently added a yellow lab to the family. We are huge football fans (Go Niners!) and I’ve been known to get rather loud during a good play. The last decade of my life has been dedicated to my family, community, and work. I come from a proud Portuguese family and am very involved in our local Portuguese community. My heritage is something I’m very proud of and is a huge part of who I am. My mother and father both emigrated from Portugal to the US when they were young. They led by example and instilled the importance of community and helping one other. I think that’s why I’ve stayed in this industry as long as I have! At my core, I am a person of service. I find personal fulfillment in helping others, both in my personal and professional life.
