The deal that defines Caleb’s approach: a business owner turned down by three banks, not because of their financial position but because those banks only looked at tax returns. Caleb looked at the full financial picture, identified the right alternative documentation structure, and closed the loan. That client bought their forever home. Caleb’s philosophy is straightforward. Borrowers make better decisions when they understand their options, and preparation is never the wrong move. Many buyers across Greater Boston and the North Shore still carry the misconception that a 20% down payment is required to purchase a home. It is not. Low down payment options, including programs with no down payment for first-time buyers and military borrowers, exist and are underused. Caleb makes sure every buyer understands what is actually available before they assume something is out of reach.

Beyond purchase financing, Caleb works with investors on property financing strategies and with veterans using their VA loan benefit to buy or refinance in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and beyond. A lifelong New Englander, Caleb loves the sports culture and the seasons of the region. When he is not working, he plays ice hockey, skis, takes heated Pilates, and spends time at the beach. He has a particular attachment to Plum Island in Massachusetts and Alfond Arena in Orono, Maine.
