Cory Henderson

Cory holds a BA in Business Finance and Economics and began his mortgage career in 1996, motivated by a desire to help people achieve homeownership and understand their financial decisions. He has lived in his community for 20 years and is an avid supporter of Nevada Wolfpack Basketball.

Clients appreciate Cory’s focus on communication and his ability to tailor discussions based on their financial literacy. He finds fulfillment in guiding clients through the home-buying process and mentoring them on economic fundamentals. A memorable moment for Cory was helping a client who thought homeownership was unattainable; witnessing their emotional transformation upon pre-approval was deeply rewarding.

Cory lives with his fiancée, Andrea, and their two dogs, Tana and Bella. He has a daughter, Erin, in Utah, and a son, Zach, in Reno. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, boating, and mountain biking. Cory is also committed to giving back, supporting organizations like Renown Children’s Hospital and Blueprint. His dedication stems from his own experience as a teenager when his parents faced foreclosure, which inspires him to ensure that his clients avoid similar hardships.
