Cory was born and raised in Corsicana and later played football for Navarro Junio College, where he also worked on his pilot’s license. He attended Texas Tech and then transferred to Sam Houston State University where he majored in Business. Cory met his wife, Amy, there where she earned her M.B.A. with an emphasis in accounting, and an undergraduate degree in accounting. After college, Cory and Amy worked for the nation’s top loan officer where they received their extensive mortgage training.

Together Cory and Amy have been in various personal real estate endeavors since 2000, including real estate investing, home building, renovations, commercial real estate development and commercial real estate management. Using this wide variety of experience and the ability to lend in just about every state, Neal Home Loans can help you if you are a sleek investor or a first-time borrower looking for your first house. Amy and Cory have a son, Benji, and a sweet Boykin Spaniel, Rudy. The split their time up mainly throughout the lone star state from fishing the Texas coast to their family farm in Freestone/Navarro county to North Dallas as well as hunting in south Texas, as well as elk hunting in NM, CO and AZ when possible.
