Diversified Capital Funding, founded in 1989, is a division of Synergy One Lending. We are both a mortgage bank (a lender) and mortgage broker, selling direct to Fannie & Freddie, underwriting for numerous banks, and brokering to other banks; to select the best loan rate & terms for our home buying clients.

In his previous business, finance, and technology career, Dan was successful as a senior executive with San Francisco Bay Area companies, culminating with eleven years at Visa International. His success is built on quality, financial accountability, and exceptional customer service.
