Dan Ancheta

Hi! My name is Dan Ancheta. I provide my clients with guidance and insight to help them achieve their financial goals by investing in and owning real estate. Whether it be a purchasing a primary residence, vacation home, or investment property – or optimizing their debt to meet a financial objective – I take the time to truly understand what is important to each individual and then present solutions to meet those goals. My approach to business is simple (and it’s what I tell my daughter to do every day before she goes to school!): have fun, learn lots, and be a good listener.

I grew up in Petaluma. My wife (Megan) and I are raising our two daughters (Matilda and Madeline) here – and we truly love this town. I have served on many non-profit boards (Friends of the Petaluma River, Sunrise Rotary Foundation, Petaluma Downtown Association, 100 People Who Care Petaluma – to name drop a few) and I am a Past President and former board member of the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce.
