Dave Majcen

I am a seasoned Loan Officer who has been helping clients with mortgages to obtain their first homes, vacation homes, or investment properties to build their real estate portfolios in the Colorado area since 2001. I graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont and hold an advanced degree in financial planning from Metropolitan State University.  My practical experience and formal education have given me a strong foundation to consult with clients about their financial and real estate goals.

I moved to Boulder, CO. from the Boston area in 1989 and have been a proud member of the Denver/Boulder business community for over 30 years. I have served on the Board of Directors for Goodwill of Denver, and currently volunteer as a Board Member for the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre in Grand Lake, CO. When I am not helping clients, I love to spend time with my wife Donna and my two teenage sons skiing, sailing, and exploring the world.
