Gordon Fong

Hello, my name is Gordon Fong.  I will be your loan officer at Synergy One Lending.  My job is to help you identify your home financing needs and give advice on the best mortgage options.  In my 10 years of mortgage experience and additional 20 years in banking and investment industries, I have worked with clients of all types.  I have provided guidance for first time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, high-net-worth borrowers, and even credit challenged borrowers – you name it!

My area of expertise includes conventional loans, investment property loans, jumbo loans, government loans, adjustable rate loans, and fixed rates.  Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions or want to get the mortgage process started.

Here is a brief insight about me.  I am originally from Hong Kong. My family and I immigrated to San Francisco in 1975.  I currently live in San Francisco with my wife and stepdaughter.  Prior to Synergy One Lending, I worked as a Client Manager at Bank of America and an Investment Specialist at Charles Schwab.  Later, I shifted my position and became a loan officer at both Wells Fargo Bank and California Bank & Trust.  In my spare time, I enjoy running, traveling, dinning out, and watching movies.  Lastly, I also speak fluent Cantonese (Chinese).
