Matthew Fleming

Matthew studied finance and began his mortgage career in 2002, motivated by a desire to help people with one of their largest financial decisions. He has called Las Vegas home since 1999, appreciating the city’s sunny weather and vibrant atmosphere. One of his favorite local spots is Americana Restaurant, where he enjoys the community and cuisine.
Clients know Matthew for his approachability, treating people with dignity and respect. His strong relationships often evolve into lasting friendships, and he takes pride in always getting his clients across the finish line. For Matthew, helping people achieve their goals is the most rewarding aspect of his job.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s grilling, JetSkiing at the lake, or snowmobiling and fishing in the mountains. He also has a passion for watching documentaries. Matthew is committed to giving back to the community, supporting organizations like Tunnel to Towers and the American Red Cross. No matter the situation, he’s always ready to assist his clients in any way he can.
