Ryan Howard

Ryan is an experienced mortgage professional with a background in real estate. He began his career as a REALTOR in 2006, becoming a Broker in 2010 and launching his own company in 2011. His transition to the mortgage industry in 2015 was motivated by a desire to enhance his knowledge and better serve his clients. By 2018, Ryan had sold his real estate company to focus entirely on mortgages, embracing the challenges of helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.

Living in Henderson, Nevada, since 2006, Ryan enjoys the community’s vibrant atmosphere, particularly in the Anthem neighborhood, known for its outdoor activities and amenities. His favorite local spot is The District in Green Valley Ranch, a lively area with a charming village vibe.

Clients appreciate Ryan’s exceptional service and clear communication throughout the loan process. One memorable experience involved rescuing a client from a failing lender just days before closing, which not only ensured the client’s timely move but also led to a lasting friendship.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his two children, Reid and Ayla, and their mother, Rebecca. He loves hiking, golfing, and skiing, and is passionate about raising cancer awareness through local golf tournaments, driven by his personal connections to the cause. A true people person, Ryan values face-to-face interactions and strives to bring an old-school approach to customer service.
