With over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ryan has established himself as a seasoned financial professional, specializing in crafting personalized solutions to meet his client’s needs. Ryan brings a wealth of experience to his role as a Senior Loan Officer with Synergy One Lending.

Prior to joining Synergy One, Ryan served as Vice President and Senior Banking Advisor at City National Bank and as a Senior Wealth Management Lending Officer at Bank of America / Merrill Lynch. In both of these roles, Ryan honed his expertise, dedicating himself to helping clients navigate the complexities of the mortgage process with ease and confidence.

A proud graduate of the University of Oregon, Ryan’s passion for his alma mater shines through in his avid support of the Ducks! Originally from Portland, Ryan now makes his home in Bend, Oregon where he embraces the vibrant community and breathtaking landscapes of Central Oregon.

Outside of work, Ryan leads an active lifestyle, frequently engaging in activities such as playing golf, paddleboarding on local scenic rivers, skiing the slopes of Mt. Bachelor, exploring Bend’s picturesque mountain bike trails, and spending time with friends and family, enjoying the lively social scene Bend has to offer.
