Having started in sales in Trucking 30+ years ago, Tim has been a loan officer since 2003. From 2014-2019, and again from 2023-2025, he owned his own mortgage company. Having closed over $1B in loans throughout his career, Tim and his team understand that obtaining a mortgage can be a complex process and strive to make it as seamless and stress-free as possible. We work with first time homebuyers to seasoned investors.
