Tu Bui

Tu Bui is dedicated to helping first-time homebuyers realize their dream of homeownership and refinancing to have a debt free retirement. Though Tu is familiar with nearly all aspects of lending, he specializes in first-time homeowner loans. He guides his clients through the entire mortgage process—from loan origination through closing—with a high level of service and care.

In the 10 years of his career, he has held 12 licenses and conducted businesses in 12 States. Tu connects with his borrowers from his own experiences as a first-time home buyer, first time investment home buyer, and first time flipping his property. Been through the excitement, the frustration and the joy, Tu can relate and advocate for his borrowers in every step of the way.

Originally from Vietnam, Tu is fluent in English and Vietnamese. Tu obtained a B.S. in Business from University of Nebraska. He lives in San Francisco and enjoys travelling and cooking for the family.
