He is also a business coach and a frequent speaker at mortgage events and podcasts, sharing his insights and best practices on how to succeed in the competitive and dynamic market.

Dan is passionate about telling compelling stories through digital media. He is the host of Buy the Bay, a weekly podcast that features experts and influencers from the San Francisco Bay Area’s real estate scene. He is also the owner of Lend an Ear Media, LLC, a growing podcast network that produces engaging and informative content for various audiences. Dan holds an MBA from Sonoma State University and is a past president of the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Petaluma with his wife and three children.
