CALHFA Dream for All

Dream For All: Down payment assistance is launching with a new voucher lottery drawing. To qualify for funds, applicants need to upload their pre-approval letter from a CalHFA-approved lender, such as myself. Vouchers for the Dream for All program will be awarded by random selection to those who qualify.

Lottery limitations and requirements:

  • Income limits apply

  • One applicant must be a current California Resident

  • 2-1, 1-1, and 1-0 temporary buydowns are permitted

  • Minimum credit score of 680 and 45% DTI or minimum credit score of 700 for 50% DTI

  • Maximum Shared Appreciation Loan amount is $150,000 or $20% of the sales price or appraised value, whichever is less

  • At least one applicant must be a First-Generation Homebuyer
